The roles and duties:

To study, research and develop all the regulations in forestry sector.

To conduct extension, guidelines development, monitoring and evaluation on Forestry Law enforcement.

To investigate and take intervention in forest offences suppression for the irregular cases and to strengthen the law enforcement as needed.

To compile the forest offences report, to resolve the forest offences, and to collect the transaction fines following the procedure.

To report the overall forest offences and forest crimes in the whole country.

To perform other duties provided by FA leaders.
