Planning, Accounting and Finance Office
The roles and
duties:
- To develop short, medium, and long-term forestry action plan.
- To analyze, recommend, and prepare the public investment plan and to orient the private investment program in forestry sector.
- To monitor and evaluate the implementation of various plan and to
reorient if needed.
- To propose income and expenditure budget plan for the
implementation of FA and monitor such implementation.
- To register and manage the accounting, inventory of movable
properties, real estate, materials stock, and fuel.
- To receive and distribute the materials and equipments to all units
under FA.
- To manage and control the income and expenditure of budget and
general financial affairs of FA.
- To manage and control the technical implementation of public
performance.
- To report financial status of FA.
- To perform other duties provided by FA leaders.
